To help flatten the curve of the pandemic and observe social-distancing guidelines, Flex is offering a free delivery option for our personal-use customers for the foreseeable future, allowing them to order, sign for and receive their car without leaving the house. If your car is for personal use, you can call 888-928-FLEX after placing your order and request delivery from our Customer Care team. Cars eligible for delivery must be located less than 50 miles away from the delivery location. Delivery is not available in all areas. In this case, you can pick up your car simply by showing your driver’s license at the dealership and driving away. We can even contact the dealer to help minimize personal contact during pick-up.

I am returning my car and it may have been exposed to COVID-19. What should I do?

I just recently placed an order for a car. Am I still able to schedule an appointment to pick up my car?

Yes. After the car has been confirmed available, e will prompt you to choose a pick-up appointment. Make sure that you have all your needed information and documentation when you arrive, including your license and a copy of your insurance.

What precautions is Flex taking at car pick-up in response to COVID-19?

The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Therefore, we are working with our dealer partners to arrange free delivery of Flex personal-use car for the time being to help flatten the curve of the pandemic and observe social-distancing guidelines.

I live in New Jersey or Virginia where DMV locations are currently closed. How can I renew my registration?

In Virginia, vehicle registrations that expire in March and April have been extended for 60 days, per the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles website. I live in California and my registration or renewal is delayed. What should I do?

Governor Gavin Newsom signed an Executive Order on April 23, 2020 that temporarily suspends the requirement to have current license plate stickers for cars with registration expiring between March 4 and June 30, 2020.
